The WSA layer enables on-the-fly translation between Android and Windows calls. Just like the Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL) 2, the Windows Subsystem for Android (WSA) is a virtual machine running in Hyper-V that enables users to run Android binaries on Windows 11.
